If one were to believe the Minmatar propaganda of the last week or so, one might conclude that the Amarrians are in full scale rout and that the war will be over by the mid-winter solstice.
However, to believe the Minmatar propaganda would be a fallacy. Minmatar terrorists have a long and ignoble history of spinning their reports to show themselves in a more favourable light than is really the case.
For how many years have they promised us that a storm was coming to destroy the Empire?
The war will be a long one, and although the Minmatar's warlike and aggressive stance has meant that they have made some limited gains, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the now overly-confident Minmatars are failing to consider one thing.

You know Rodjy, I haven't seen you on the field once yet
That's a coincidence, I've not seen you in space either.

And Rodj, you've been saying for years that the Minmatar would stand absolutely no chance against the Amarr - that a war would be an utterly forgone conclusion. I believe that the exact words were "When we want the Republic, we will come for it".
Well... you're coming for it, right? So why isn't the Republic falling?
Patience, my little jester, patience...

Because we all know what happened the last time the Amarr engaged in full fleet combat.
Vak'Atioth
Can we run for our lives now?
I'll see your Vak'Atioth (which incidentally secured the Empire from the threat of Jovian aggression), and raise you a Mekhios

Originally by: Zapp Brenigan So the Ushra'Khan and Electus Matari have come out for the Minmatar forces but where are the CVA? Are they to busy in free space? Have they abandoned the Amarr? Are they fighting? We haven't heard anything from them. What is their stance? The Amarr could use the backup.
Elements of the CVA have been active in the war zone. However, as might be expected, the Minmatar propagandists have ignored their efforts.

As stated earlier.. where are you CVA?! Some of us fight and die while you sit in your little outposts... You say you are great? Well God needs you NOW!, come prove it!
As I mentioned earlier, they have been active in the warzone, despite claims to the contrary.
Maybe you would have seen some of them in space yourself were this not your first day as a capsuleer.
